Ralph L. DePanfilis is the founder and Managing Partner of R. L. DePanfilis & Co. LLC.

Ralph began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young until 1979 when he formed R. L. DePanfilis & Company LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in accounting, auditing and management and business consulting to closely held businesses in a variety of industries as well as tax preparation and planning for businesses and individuals.

Ralph also has expertise in Merger, Acquisition and Sales of closely held businesses. His background and experience has enabled him to serve as Vice-Chairman of Fairfield County Bank Corp., a board member of Connecticut Renaissance, Inc., on the Audit Committee of Fairfield County Community Foundation, former board member of the Norwalk YMCA and former board member and President of the Norwalk Rotary Club. 

He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA), AICPA Tax Division, CSCPA State Government Affairs Committee, CSCPA Investment Committee, CSCPA Accounting and Reporting Standards Committee, past Chairperson of CSCPA Legislation Committee and past Board of Governors of CSCPA. Ralph graduated with Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Bentley University
